Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING: All shipping is quoted for the US. Canadians need to add $2 to US rates. Additional shipping fees will apply outside of these countries. Please contact customer service for a shipping quote.

Shipping Times: Downloadable items will be sent to your email within 48 hours of purchase. If the email should fail to arrive, please contact customer service for a re-send.

All tangible are shipped via Priority Mail within the United States. Please allow up to two days for processing in stock items, and three to five days for shipment. Should an item be out of stock, we will notify you by email with an estimate of the delay and keep you updated on its progress.

For Canada and all other out of country, items are shipped First Class International. Please estimate two days for processing in stock items, and a minimum of 10 days for your item to arrive. Distance doesn't seem to be a factor in the arrival time for international orders: oftentimes packages will be delayed with customs, even for our Canadian neighbors, and can sometimes take up to three weeks. Should you become concerned about the delay in receiving your order, please contact customer service.
